The USD 407 million project involves construction of an equestrian academy consisting of 40 buildings each comprising of 1 floor. It will also include a hospital, an Olympic-standard indoor arena with adjoining outdoor arena and stables with separate facilities for different categories of Arabian horses. It also promotes the quality of horse riding and horse management for all throughout the country, providing leadership for endurance riding in Qatar based on professional riders and the welfare of horses thereby embracing this vision to be a world-class equestrian academy. It also includes recreational and dining facilities, VIP stables and an equestrian club, staff accommodation, an outdoor barbeque area, a museum with exhibition area, library, trophies hall, and residential staff quarters with a separate amenity building that includes a canteen, gymnasium, outdoor sports court.
