The USD 158 million project involves construction of the Barjeel Tower also known as Wind Tower, the tower will comprise of 2 basement floors, a ground floor, a mezzanine floor and 60 additional floors. The structure of the tower will be an aluminium clad edifice which stands on 62 levels with spectacular views from its shimmering glazed curtain walling. The building will feature 2 levels of villa type residential space while the top 2 floors will be occupied by world class restaurants, overlooking the views of the West Bay skyline. It includes high speed elevators, a state of the art recreational swimming pool, a gymnasium, a sauna and a spa.
