The USD 136 million project involves construction of a tower comprising of 24 floors consisting of 231 apartments, a ground floor, 200 studios and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, studio lofts, 1 bedroom lofts and 2 bedroom lofts. It includes ambience rooms that changes color while receiving phone calls and rotation rooms which provides its residents with changes in views. Other features include bathrooms that detect the blood pressure, weight and temperature of the individual using it and the reality rooms that feature real-time videos of about 62 locations all around the world. The club on the podium includes a state of the art gym, a running track, a swimming pool fitted with an underwater audio system, deck chairs that use ultrasonic speakers and a media jacuzzi equipped with waterproof touch-screens. The exclusive resident's club will also provide residents with their own unique meeting lounge, a chill out lounge, a party room, a library and an outdoor sunset terrace.
