The USD 463 million project involves construction of the cube-shaped Opus Tower also known as Floating Tower. The Opus Tower will be divided into 3 separate towers each connected by a common podium, the towers will comprise of 22 floors and 2000 parking berths. The uppermost floor, which is located above the 50 meter bridge connection between 2 towers includes facilities like a tranquility zone, a beach deck with reflective pool, a shaded roof terrace, media zone and a gymnasium. 3 floors are dedicated to retail, food and beverage outlets. The retail design inspired by natural light and space, reflexive fritting patterns will be applied onto the glass facade in order to reduce the solar gains inside the building.

The void which is a distinctive feature of The Opus is treated as a volume in its own right. It is free-form and fluid appearing as it extends beyond the immediate boundaries of the cube. The interior of the void is clad with a fully engineered curved glass curtain wall system. It provides floor plates with a stunning variety of internal and external views.
