The USD 70 million project involves construction of a 27 storey residential tower, located in the heart of Dubai Sports City, The Cube, will benefit from the vicinity of the three main stadiums, as well as enjoying views of the waterways of the Arabian Canal. It will have 345 apartments, leisure, sports and health facilities. The Cube takes its name from the intricate structure that guarantees maximum exposure to light and all apartments will be fitted with balconies, interior multimedia and high-tech finishes and amenities of the highest German standards. It also includes 24-hours reception desk and valet parking.
