The USD 95 million Kuwait Trade Center (KTC) involves the construction of a 55 storey commercial building. Every sixth floor of the tower will have a view of the project's landscaped hanging gardens. The complex also includes a shopping center on the first floor which will include shopping outlets, cafes, restaurants, as well as a health club and swimming pool.
