Project Description:
The USD 25 million project involves construction of a building comprising
 3 basement floors, a ground floor and 10 additional floors. It includes
 one, two and three bedroom furnished apartments, the apartments will
 be fitted with a designer kitchen and have computerized intelligent
 home systems and the Park Avenue (14 storey) commercial tower with a mix
 of office units and retail spaces. The Park Terrace tower (11storey)
 also has a cinema lounge and 'e' lounge that houses an e-lab and an
 e-library. High speed elevators, a rooftop leisure deck comprising of
 a temperature controlled swimming pool and gymnasium, children's play
 area. The Park Avenue commercial tower offices and retail space comprises
 a gymnasium as well as a unique Nirvan Lounge.
