in 4 Blocks: Block A will house the Khalidiya Palace Rotana Hotel
comprising a ground floor, a mezzanine level, a technical floor and
18 additional floors offering 400 single bedroom units and 43 suites.
Block B and C will each house a residential tower comprising a ground floor, a mezzanine floor and 19 additional floors offering 10 flats on each floor of which 5 flats will be duplexes. Block D will house a residential tower comprising a ground floor, a mezzanine floor and 19 additional floors offering 8 flats on each floor. Amenities in the project include: squash courts, 2 tennis courts, a spa, a gym, swimming pools and a children’s play area. Facilities in the project include: 24 hours safety and security, 36 office spaces, 2 well branded shops, business facilities as well as an under ground car parking area of 30,000 square metres.
