The first tower, dedicated to residential purposes will house 349 apartments offering studios, 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments while the second tower, dedicated to commercial purposes will offer 468 offices and commercial units built over the 3 level podium which provides retail, food outlets and central facilities. Amenities in the project include a business centre, a parking area for approximately 1,500 cars, a fitness centre and cafes. The twin towers will be the tallest towers in the emirate once completed.
