ground floor and 18 additional floors offering 296 apartments ranging
from 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units. The podium level will have a ballroom
with an area of around 1, 000 metre square. The 5-star hotel will
comprise a 34, 000 metre square basement car parking level, a ground
floor, a mezzanine level and 11 additional floors offering 320 units
of standard and junior rooms, 1 and 2 bedroom suites as well as
presidential royal suites. It will also include a ballroom suitable
for major events with a capacity of 1, 200 people, restaurants, shops and gymnasium facilities.
